19.-22. March 2026 | 30+ INTERNATIONAL EXPERTs | 100% EVIDENCE BASED AND PRACTICE ORIENTED

Inside the Horse’s Mind Online Summit 2026

The conference for deepening knowledge

Understand and train with your horse as never before. Over 4 days we will be delving into the world from the horse’s perspective – without advertising, product placement, marketing, or training dogma.

Leave “We’ve always done it that way” behind and start making training decisions based on scientific evidence, empathy, and genuine insight.

Kindly supported by:

Why has horse training been based on the same myths for over 2,500 years?

Unfortunately, in the horse world a great is deal copied, very little is questioned, and even less is scientifically understood.

If this is you, you’re not alone:

How would it be if you really could see the world through your horse’s eyes? This summit makes exactly that possible: We are radically changing the approach so that we see the world not from the human perspective, but from that of the horse.

About the organiser

I am Celina Skogan, the founder of Equidemia, a horse training platform with a clear aim: Rethinking horse training from an evidence based and ethical foundation.

The Equidemia Summit 2026 is dedicated to the horse’s neurobiology and neuropsychology, the “hardware” that forms the basis of its behaviour, learning, and movement. We will be focusing on the brain, nervous system, and emotional processing that form the foundations of training and welfare. International scientists and practitioners will translate current research into understandable principles that can be applied in practice.

My mission is plain: Making science understandable and translating neurobiological principles into responsible training decisions. We need to re-think horse training: fewer opinions and more insight.

Celina Skogan

Why this online summit is different from anything you have experienced before!

OUR AIM IS CLEAR:

To re-think horse training on the basis of empathy and scientific evidence, without pressure, myths or old habits.

After these 4 days you will:

Feedback from previous summit participants:

Thank you for this fantastic online summit covering such incredibly important topics! I always find it shocking how many signs our horses can show for a long time before we humans actually perceive it as pain, and how some behaviours are still described by so many trainers, or even owners, as dominant, cheeky or whatever else. I hope lots of people watch it!

Wow! This is truly a summit in the truest sense of the word. Enormously broad in scope, rich in content and 100% my cup of tea when it comes to relationships with and handling of horses. Many pieces of the puzzle are now in place, and I didn't even know some of them were missing.
Stefan

Thank you so much for this great summit! I was able to take away a lot for me and for my horse. I still have to let some of it sink in, as it was a lot of information in just 4 days, and I haven't even seen everything yet. Nevertheless, it was very informative and I'm already looking forward to next time!
Marianne
Summit participant in 2024
It was a great summit with so many fascinating presentations. I am rather overwhelmed – but at the same time even more aware of the management of my own horses and their stress signals. I just want to say a big thank you to Celina for organising it and to all the speakers for their informative and inspiring presentations.
Gwendolijn
Summit participant in 2024
I learned so much from this summit – great content and, above all, everything is scientifically sound. That is exactly what is essential if we really want to help our horses. A fantastic achievement!
Lynn

Thank you for this summit with so much valuable input! The selection of topics and speakers was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to listen to all the presentations – but I will catch up on them at my leisure and let them sink in.
